Dr. Bryan has over three decades of experience behind him.  After graduating from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago Illinois in 1983, and completing a two year residency program at Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received extensive training in surgery of the foot and leg, he has focused his professional career on giving his patients compassionate care combined with the latest techniques modern medicine has to offer.

Dr. Bryan is board certified in foot and ankle surgery as a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and The Institute for Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship Group and has received Advance Practice Certification with the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners for surgical treatment of the ankle.

Dr. Bryan has been performing surgery at local hospitals and surgery centers in the

Shreveport/Bossier area since 1985.  He has surgical privileges at Willis Knighton Hospital, Christus Hospital, and Outpatient Surgery Center.  Dr. Bryan works at our Shreveport location.  Dr. Bryan specializes in the treatment of any and all foot and ankle conditions ranging from chronic foot/heel/ankle pain to the correction of bunions and hammer toes (including the Lapiplasty procedure), flatfeet sports injuries and complex issues requiring reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Bryan also provides in-office laser treatment for many types of foot pain including post-operative pain, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis and fungal nails.

Dr. Bryan and his wife, Molly have six children, and are the proud grandparents of seven.

Dr. Bryan was born and raised in Louisiana.  He graduated from Springhill High School and Louisiana State University.

Dr. Blair Drummond is a graduate of Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine.  He completed his residency at Mineral Area Regional in Farmington, Missouri, with two years of specialty training in podiatric surgery and served in a leadership role for a number of professional podiatry groups and organizations.  Staying ahead of the game on medical techniques and being able to offer his patients the customized care they need is important to Dr. Drummond.

Dr. Drummond is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.  He has also been a Fellow of the Institute for Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship Group since 2002.  Dr. Drummond has performed foot and ankle surgery in the Shreveport/Bossier area since 1998, specializing in heel pain, bunion correction, (including the Lapiplasty procedure), sports injuries and complex reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.  Dr. Drummond also has in office laser techniques for treatment of many types of chronic and/or acute foot pain, post-operative pain, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis and fungal nails.  Dr. Drummond treats patients in both our Shreveport and Bossier City offices.  He is on staff at Willis Knighton Hospital, Christus Hospital and Outpatient Surgery Center.

Dr. Will Andress was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he graduated from Caddo Magnet High School.  He then attended and graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he studied Environmental Science, and was awarded a Bahcelor of Science Degree in Biology.  Dr. Andress received his DPM degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.  Dr. Andress completed a three year residency at East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana, in comprehensive reconstructive foot and ankle surgery with rotations in Vascular Surgery, Rheumatology and Infectious Disease.  Dr. Andress has an Advance Practice Certification for the surgical treatment of the ankle with the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Andress has been serving the foot care needs of residents of Shreveport/Bossier and surrounding areas since 2016.  He is Board Qualified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  He is dedicated to offering the best care possible to his patients with the most modern and up to date techniques, which include laser treatments for chronic or acute foot pain, post-operative pain neuropathy, plantar fasciitis and fungal nails.  Dr. Andress performs all types of foot and ankle surgery from hammer toes and bunions, (including the Lapiplasty procedure), to total reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle due to complex deformities and/or sports injuries, as well as treatment of ingrown nails and wounds.

Dr. Andress treats patients in all three of our clinic locations in Shreveport, Bossier City, and Natcihitoches, Louisiana and he is on staff at Willi Knighton Hospital, Christus Hospital, and Outpatient Surgery Center.  He and his wife, Caroline have one son.

Gabriel Mitchell, DPM, AACFAS

Dr. Gabriel Mitchell, DPM, AACFAS is the most recent addition to the Ark La Tex Foot and Ankle Specialist team. Dr. Mitchell is an Ohio native. He graduated with his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Denison University, and completed his medical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Mitchell went on to complete his residency in Podiatric Medicine, Foot Surgery, and Rearfoot/Reconstructive Ankle Surgery at Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Dr. Mitchell and his wife, Abigail have two children.

Dr. Mitchell specializes in the conservative and surgical treatment of deformities of the foot and ankle such as bunions, hammertoes, ankle sprains,and flat feet. Through his training he has developed a focused passion in wound care, plastic surgery techniques for the foot and ankle like Mohs surgery reconstruction, trauma, Charcot reconstruction, and diabetic limb salvage.

Dr. Mitchell sees patients at both the Shreveport and Bossier City offices. He is also on staff at Christus Highland Medical Center, Christus Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center, and Willis Knighton Hospital.
